Help Us Raise Money For Luis' Legal Fees
Luis, a father of two U.S. citizen children, is currently detained at Cobb County Jail in Georgia. ICE has placed an immigration hold on him and he could be transferred to a detention center any day.
On Dec. 16th, Luis was stopped by a police officer on his way back from the hospital, where his young son had just been treated. The officer asked for his driver's license and when Luis couldn't provide one, the officer arrested him in front of his wife and young children.
Luis' wife is currently the only one financially sustaining their family. In order to get Luis out of jail and back home, she needs to raise money to pay for his legal fees.
